Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about your Edge Pixs membership, how our projection models work, and how we approach responsible play.

Subscription & membership

Billing, plans, and access to members-only tools.

What's included in a Edge Pixs membership?+
Members get the full Best Picks daily slate, the Player Props board with recent-form and matchup insights, and the full Betting History ledger with transparency stats. The public Odds Board and Performance Report stay free for everyone.
How do I cancel?+
Head to Account Settings and use the "Manage subscription" controls. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep members-only access until then, and we don't pro-rate partial months.
Can I change the email on my account?+
Yes. On the Account Settings page you can update the email tied to your membership and your signed liability and responsible-betting agreements. Your signature and acceptance dates are preserved on the updated agreement record.
Do you offer refunds?+
We don't refund partial billing periods. If your subscription was charged in error or you're seeing a duplicate charge, contact support and we'll make it right.

Betting analysis methodology

How our projections and confidence tiers are built.

How are projections generated?+
Each sport has its own weighted model. For example, MLB weighs starting-pitcher quality (FIP/xERA/K-BB%), offense-vs-handedness (wRC+), bullpen workload, ballpark and weather, and injuries. NFL and NCAAF weigh team efficiency (EPA/DVOA) 35%, QB performance 20%, injuries 15%, OL/DL matchups 10%, situational factors 10%, and recent form 10%. Full factor breakdowns appear on every game card.
What do the confidence tiers mean?+
Best Bet = highest model agreement, cap at a normal unit. Strong Lean = solid edge, standard unit. Lean = elevated risk, reduced stake or pass. Toss-up = coin-flip, avoid or bet small. The tier is derived from how decisively the weighted factors point to one side.
Where does the data come from?+
Team- and player-level advanced stats are aggregated from public sources (FanGraphs, Baseball Savant, Natural Stat Trick, PFF, nba.com/stats, and league injury reports). Odds shown are for reference — always confirm at your sportsbook before placing a wager.
How often are picks updated?+
The board auto-refreshes every few minutes and drops games once they've started. Best Picks are re-scored throughout the day as injury reports, weather, and lineups change.
Do you guarantee wins?+
No. Even our highest-confidence picks lose regularly. Sports are variance-heavy and no model, ours included, can predict individual game outcomes with certainty. The Performance Report shows our actual historical win rates by sport.

Responsible gambling

Our policies and resources for safer play.

What is Edge Pixs's responsible-gambling policy?+
Edge Pixs publishes analysis and projections — it is not a sportsbook and does not accept, place, or facilitate wagers. Members sign a liability and responsible-betting agreement on activation acknowledging that bets are their sole responsibility and that they will bet within their means.
How much should I risk on a pick?+
Never more than you can afford to lose. A common framework is the "unit" system: define one unit as ~1% of your bankroll, cap Best Bets at 1 unit, Strong Leans at 1 unit, Leans at half a unit or a pass, and skip Toss-ups. Each pick card on the Best Picks page shows a risk callout with a suggested posture.
Who is not allowed to use Edge Pixs?+
You must be of legal wagering age in your jurisdiction. Edge Pixs content is not intended for minors, self-excluded individuals, or anyone in a jurisdiction where sports wagering is unlawful.
Where can I get help if betting is becoming a problem?+
Call 1-800-GAMBLER (US, 24/7, free & confidential) or visit ncpgambling.org for chat, text, and state-by-state resources. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 in the US for mental-health support.
