1. Who we are
Edge Pixs (“we,” “us”) provides sports data, projections, and paid picks for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old — and 21+ where required by the jurisdiction you select at signup — and legally permitted to view sports wagering content where you reside. We restrict access to jurisdictions listed on our signup page and may revoke access if we determine you provided inaccurate eligibility information.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
All projections, confidence scores, and picks are model outputs based on historical data. They are not guarantees. Past model accuracy does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any wagers you place and any losses you incur.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Insider memberships are billed on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel from your Account Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; already-billed periods are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Responsible use
You agree to bet only what you can afford to lose, to set your own limits, and to seek help if wagering stops being enjoyable. Free confidential support is available 24/7 at 1-800-GAMBLER.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not resell, republish, or automate access to Edge Pixs content; use the service to defraud sportsbooks or third parties; share your account; or misrepresent your age or jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules and revoke ongoing access to paid content.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge Pixs is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or gambling-related losses. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and — for active members — notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
