Privacy Policy
Effective July 19, 2026. Summary of what we collect and why.
Draft template — not legal advice.
Have this reviewed by counsel and adjusted for the specific processors and jurisdictions you operate in (GDPR, CCPA, state privacy laws) before launching to paying customers.
1. What we collect
- Account: email, password (hashed), selected state/jurisdiction, and age confirmation at signup.
- Billing: the last four digits and card brand of your payment method. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers — they are handled by our payment processor.
- Usage: pages viewed, picks favorited, and anonymous device/browser telemetry.
- Communications: messages you send our support team.
2. How we use it
- Operating your membership and providing paid content.
- Verifying age and jurisdiction eligibility.
- Improving our models and product experience.
- Detecting abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with vendors that help us run the service (payment processor, hosting, email, analytics) under contracts that restrict their use of it. We may disclose information when required by law.
4. Retention
We retain your account, billing, and eligibility records for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations.
5. Your choices
You can update your email, change your password, add or remove a payment method, and cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) — email us to exercise them.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. Report suspected security issues to security@edgepixs.example.
7. Children
Edge Pixs is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
